yep. Get a B18c Head... (and other stuff)Dont listen to the guy on top... I don't think you know this, but if you want a B18c valve cover on a B18b, the only way to do is do LS Vtec!Thats how it looks and thats the only way to do it.

well dont listen to him...that dumb ass...if he dont know anything about hondas and acuras other than his own car i wouldnt listen...but for your ? no that valve cover wont fit cuz of the v-tec so its set up a little different...but if you just Ls/Vtec you car you could smoke his type r crap that he talks about...so good luck
