First of all, your extra options list for the TSX are really appearance wise rather than features and I think that has to do with being a Euro spec Honda (turn signals). I would love to have a navigation system but what I like about the TSX is that it is a smaller car but still with four doors for practicality. The TL in my opinion is too large of a car for a single guy such as myself, it just screams family sedan. I would also go for the TSX because it is newer and has fewer miles on it and has some warranty left. I highly doubt the TL would break on you being a Honda, but buying used, you could never be too sure if the owner before you took care of the car. Even if it is a Honda, a poorly maintained car will be trouble.

I'd strongly advise to get in both and drive them...two totally different machines. The TSX is smaller, and actually a bit more nimble (though both are FWD designs). The TSX however has a 4 cyl. motor that does not feature the power-to-weight ratio advantage that the TL's 3.2L V6 does. That is, the TSX engine has to work a bit harder to get the car moving. Many enjoy Honda's smaller displacement, high-revving 4 cylinder engines...that's the experience the TSX will bring. The TSX would in various ways be a more comprable comparison to the Lexus IS250, than to the TL.The TL is ~ 300 lbs heavier than the TSX...it's larger, a bit more nicely appointed, and features a bit softer ride (though not much). The TL still has very good overall handling, and of course, it features substantially better linear acceleration than the TSX (6.4 sec. 0-60 vs. 8 sec. + [latter reflects TSX auto]).
