i disconnected the battery but still have the error ne ideas on what i can do about this.yeah i entered the code but still got the error. the radio works just not cd player.

have your honda/acura dealer look into it. since this is an ERROR code, there may be an issue within the stereo itself. if they decide a new one is the fix, weigh out the cost of the original versus an aftermarket unit.

Dee, Did you enter your radio code? If not, do so, then try it again, it should work. If not, you'll need to go to Acura.Edit: unplug the battery again for 30 seconds, then re-enter the code... it should work.

take it to the dealer. Either that, or buy an aftermarket head unit.
