if so what is the price i'll be looking at?i would trade it in but i had a oops (accident) and the value of it is less so what should i do?

if ur car not that old and low mile, i think u just gonna have to pay installation cuz automatic trans cost more than manual. three years ago i paid $250 for work only... it was honda civic...i hope it will help u

Darling,please do not tamper with your car.you should have gotten it manual from the start,don't let any grease monkey touch your car.My advice sell it and get a manual one.

The switch from auto to stick can cost 1000-2000 dollars depending on where you get it done professionally. I would perfer auto unless you have to switch it to stick becasue you wanna race or something. With a stick you have to change the clutch every 2-3 years, always be on the clutch pedal, and all my gosh all sorts of things, I wished I can go back to an automatic. We can trade if you want I have an 03 honda civic ex stick shift.

Sell it and get a manual, preferably a type-s!my buddy with an automatic prelude wanted to get a conversion to a manual and it was gonna cost him like $5000 to get the parts and installation. It's not worth it!

To do that, you need a new engine and transmission and some interior trim.Which means it will cost over $6000. Then at least another $1500 for labor.Better to buy another RSX.

it really isn't worth the trouble there are alot of things that have to be done for this i did this swap to my 92 integra myself and it still cost me 1800 bucks and took a lot of trial and error but you dont need a new motor to do this the transmission bell housing is the same between the two but the best bet is to just sell and start over with a type s i would try to trade at an acura dealer in your area the auto will help with the negative equity you roll over
