every other rsx i have driven have red odometers. also my door panel inserts are blue. jst like the honda integras from japan. ive got no idea if they made right hand drive integras.

Someone likely did a LED swap in the gauge cluster and did the DIY door panel thing to get the door panel inserts blue.

What he said. That's the only thing I can think of. And yes, there are right hand drive tegs.
