My dad is in the process of looking for another car for me...I told him any of these cars would work..What do you guys think is best?2003(or up) BMW 3 series2004(or up) Acura TSX2004(or up) Acura TLLet me know what you think is nicer and why...Thanks!

An E36 is the chassis prior to the 2001+ chassis. Some research could have told you that. Clearly he said a 2001+ BMW, so it would be an E46 if his name was what he had purchased.

To the OP: Depending on what you want out of the car will determine what you should purchase. If you plan to do spirited driving, the BMW is your best bet. If you want a nice mix between sporty and luxury, the TSX is your choice. If you want luxury, then go with the TL. Just keep in mind the cost of maintenance and insurance.
