location to the plug for my OBD2 reader on an acura LT 1996?

Check with your dealer first. There is a possibility that there is not one on that year of your ACCURA. 1996 was kind of a bastard year-the first year for such a port- and not all models of vehicles had a port. Good luck.

i am just guessing but i think it would be above the pedals the obd II port.

Center console,behind a cover,front of trans shifter handle.96 TL not LT.

By law, OBDII DLC(data link connector) must be located within 3 feet from driver's seat and must be easily accessed. So, I would guess it's under the dashboard on the driver's right. Look for 16 pins connector.
