i really like that car.i was looking at prices and checking the car out and i really like it, but ive hurd bad reviews on that car something about the transmission. Do all the 2003 Acura TL's have problems? like for example they have 3 different types they have the Acura 2.5TL , and Acura 3.2TL and The TL do all of them have transmission problems please help and let me know? because i really like that car and i wanted to buy one.let me know please.

Yea I Work For Acura There Is Problems With 03 and previous year models on the transmissions they go out i can check if the one you are interested of buying has had the updated trans on it by giving me your vin let me know.

I don't believe they made a 2.5 TL in 03. They just have the 3.2 and the 3.2 type S. Both will give you transmission problems. I own an 01 3.2 TL with 85K miles. I bought it in Aug of 05 with 50k miles. In those 35k miles I have had to replace the transmission. I would not buy this car again. There is a reason the price is so attractive on those cars - the transmission sucks. When I was car shopping I thought I was getting a great deal. It was such a nice car and so much cheaper than the other cars in its class. It was about the same price as a comparable V6 Honda Accord. Well I found out why when the transmission started slipping 3 months after I bought it.Check out this message board http://www.carsurvey.org/reviews/acura/tl/ Check under 01, 02, and 03 since they are all similar. This will scare you away from buying this car.
