That would depend on what your goal is. You need to have a goal and explore your options onhow to achieve that goal- whther it's a high horsepower goal, handling goal or both. That car has potential for any of the above so be willing to spend money.

The answere is clear here - nothing you need to do...sounds like you are not even sure why you are upgrading it. This is a front wheel drive commuter car, not a sports car. Even if you add 50 horespower to it - it's to no use in it, it will not do anything better with extra horsepower except for making it less controllable. I see some fools adding wings to the back - this reduces traction up front if the wing is working and adds extra 400+ pounds to the rear with downforce and makes this car even slower because it doesnt have power to work with these things. The best thing for you to do is take some driving lessons and learn how to drive the car instead of adding horsepower that you don't know hot to use. After you learn, save some cash and buy a rear wheel drive car that you can put to some use.

If i were you i would go turbo. You are not gonna get more horse power per dollar by doing any thing else. I know it may seem expensive at first, but look at this.Cold air intake-5hp-200$ 50$ per horseHeaders-8hp-300$-37.5$ per horseexhaust-8hp-600$- 75$ per hpFull Turbo Kit on ten pounds-100hp-2000$-20$ per hp

well, if your planning on doing a Fi setup in the near future, then just rebuild the engine with stronger internals. upgrade the fuel injectors, fuel pump, pulleys, install a short shifter, get some gauges but dont go all ricer with it then get it tuned. or modify the suspension with adj coilovers ect. its your choice really. i dont know where your headed or your budget so thats all i can do

You could attempt an LS/VTEC swap. You would have to get a VTEC head and adjust your ECU. I would recomend a Hondata s300 chip that you connect to your stock ECU, then you can map the engine management from a USB port on a laptop. The s300 has launch control, full throttle shift, VTEC timing and a bunch of other features for like $500. Just make sure it matches your engine code (B18B) www.hondata.com

Very interesting, I had a 95' GSR for about a year, then it got stolen. It depends on you're budget. I would say JDM front or Jackson supercharger because Integras in general lack Torque or Comptech Sport ECU for extra power.
