Default 4-1 header or 4-2-1 header for integra?

wich one of these is going to get more more acceleration i know the 4 1 gives you more top in power and all that stuff and the 4 2 1 is more bottom end but idk what this means in terms of acceleration and wich one will be more benifical for my 94 integra non vtec na b18b. someone help me out here cuz im getting ready to order one and im thinkin 4 1 is better cuz i know it adds more power but ive heard lots of mixed answers so....have at it

I know old V8's, but the same principals apply here. If you are adding a header to a stock engine with a few bolt-ons, use the 4-2-1 header. You will get a better low end boost, and this will be an improvement over the stock exhaust manifold. If you plan serious upgrades. like head porting, bigger cams, better intake manifold, then go with the 4 into 1. These parts will make much more power at high rpm's, and you will need a header to match.

get the 4-1...have it in my b18b swaped hatch...you already have good low end torque so its the mid and high end that needs help...im running a 4-1 dc headers with a test pipe and stock gsr piping and i smoke others that have 4-2-1 headers with the same set up...and im only like 1 1/2 cars behind gsr swaped hatches with the common three and better cltuches...but maybe thats becuase im running a gsr tranny to have the same type of gearing ratio..

it's really not gonna matter all that much on a motor as small as the b18a. if you want bang for the buck, an underdrive pulley kit and adjustable cam gears will give you the power you seek. if you're gonna go all the way with the car, then you'll do the header, but wait until you can do it all at once. header, cat, pipe, muffler. 4-1 for top end. hondas have lots of top end, so build on the strengths.
