whats is your thoughts about that car? does anyone own one and have anything negative to say about it?

TL's are fantastic cars. They maintain their value, have a good balance between performance and luxury, and they are well made and have the Honda reliability behind them.

If you can get a good deal on one, I would jump on it.

This is a reliable and great car to drive and own. Its got just about everything standard in it already and it will last you a LONG TIME. On top of that, it looks really good too.

I just bought a 2005 Acura TL after many months of searching for a good price on a relatively low mileage used one. I've been extremely happy with Honda and Acura since 1991 and would not think of owning another manufacturer's car!Here are some issues I have with mine that do not distract me from loving this car.1. Electric windows: they have an auto-up feature that is faultering in my car. That means I have to grab the passenger side window from across the car to help it go all the way up or it senses something in the way and goes back down all on it's own. That's frustrating!2. Mileage is about 23 mpg. The lowest of any Honda/Acura car I've ever owned.3. Heated seats: While I really like this feature, the passenger side only has a heated seat, not seat back. The driver's side heats both the seat and the seat back and it's my back that appreciates the heat more than my rear.4. Side Mirrors: When you put the car in reverse, the side mirrors rotate down toward the ground so you can see lower on the car. I like to see directly behind me and there doesn't seem to be a way to shut this feature off.5. Fuel level guage: The gas tank must be shaped funny because this gauge drops quickly from full to half-full and then acts slower the rest of the tank.I bought the services manual from Helm Inc. and think repairs and maintenance will be easy. I think you will like this car too.
