I bought an integra that already had a b20 swap and i wanted to go vtec. Can anyone tell me what is better, a gsr head or a type r head?
which is easier to find?

A GSR head will be easier to find than a Type R head, and will be significantly cheaper.

When setting up a CRVtec, I prefer the B16 head. It is the same casting as the CTR minus the factory P&P.

B16 head with GSR cams FTW.

Port and Polish. CTR's (Civic Type-R's) come from the factory with a P&P, as well as better internals (springs, valves, etc.) than the B16 does. But they are from the same casting.
