OK, I have a 2000 Acura TL if that helps. The part is the front very bottom piece of the car's molding; it goes all around the hood and the grill and all that. It's barely even noticeable being maybe only an inch thick, but I want to see how much it would be to replace. THANK YOU SO MUCH. 10 pts to the first person to name it so I can google it for prices!

Could be called the "front valance", or "front ground-effects".

Front lip spoiler, side skirt, ground effects, body kit.
