What are some differences? and which is better?

RL is a larger, more "luxurious" car. More spacious, softer suspension, probably more standard luxury ammenties. TL is going to be more on the sporty side, stiffer suspension, etc. TL is more of a sports sedan. RL is a true luxury sedan

The 09 TL is actually larger then the RL. The RL is not worth the almost $10,000 difference in price.

one letter, one has a T and one has an R.lol. but i don't really know.
