What kind of HID's do i need for a blue type light that will work with my acura RSX? and where can i find them. and maybe are there any ways to do it with the Halo Lights too?Can i get the conversion kit first and then get the halos?and about how much should just the HID conversion kit coast for a good long lasting one?

Just google HID conversion kit for 06 rsx and you'll find plenty of places to order them. You will need an H1 bulb and i personally prefer the 8000k. But that is up to you. And yeah, you can get halo's.

The halos require you to change the light housing.I only have a suggestion on color temperature. Don't go over 6000K.8000K is so blue that it is actually NOT helpful in terms of seeing the road. Looks nice, but visibility is diminished. I'd opt for a 5000K HID kit.Ask if replacement bulbs are available.Installation by your stereo people will usually run you another $150 to $200.
