This one won't be cheap.You are talking major service which includes the standard fluid changes, filter change, and timing belt replacement (which includes replacing cam and crank seals, waterpump and all other belts). It's not going to cost more than any other car, but the timing belt replacement service alone is usually $500-600 (sometimes more if you go to the dealer).

Well you need the timing belt replaced if it wasn't replaced around 90,000 miles. And they should do the water pump as well since that is a cheap part and the labor is the same as it is for the timing belt (in other words the labor is expensive, but the parts are cheap so fix them at the same time so you don't have to pay for that labor again in the future.)I just had my 90k mile checkup on my 01 TL and I had the above things done plus an oil change. It cost me about $800 at my independent mechanic. Expect to pay more at the dealer (really on a car this old you should avoid the dealer - they'll find some other things wrong with your car, too) $800 is a lot, but that's still cheaper than a new car.

if you had the 90k service & t-belt done the 105k service is as followsil change,tire rotation,brake inspection,air filter if needed,check & top off all other fluids,wiper blade inserts if needed. (its a basic minor service)it should run you about $100-130
