Default Making a Wop? Too Old?

I left a bunch of fruit in a bowl with some alcohol in it will this get old by chance or better? its about a week old is that too old?

I don't think it will slow down the process or anything to where anyone would really notice, but it might and will probably give it a unique flavor to it.
