On the 1993 Acura vigor there is two sides to the headlight. the bigger one is the actual headlight, fog lights and the high beams. there is a smaller one for the orange and the clear light. I just wanted to know if there is a specific way to take off the orange on the smaller side. is there some kind of tint film making it orange or whatever it is making it orange how can i take it off?? i basically want it to be all clear.. answers are appreciated.

The color is Integrated into the plastic when the capsule is manufactured.Only way typically is to replace the whole assembly with a poor fitting aftermarket replacement.

You will have to change the complete assembly.
