it indicate the engine is running too high way above the normal setting. the computer will turn the warning light on to notify the driver that there is something wrong which need attention. you need to have a scan tool (cost about 5000.00) hook up to the vehicle to trace the problem. the most common problem on the LEGEND is bad idle speed control valve. please don"t take a guess or else you will waste alot of money

Take the car to AutoZone or another auto parts dealer. They can check the code and tell you what it is. But, I'd almost bet it's an EGR valve.Oh yeah, it's a free service at most places.

once again you cannot scan this car it does not have a obd2 plug you have to jump conector plug!! you probably have a idle valve issue.
