Default what year is this motor?

i bought a B18b motor for my 90 integra rs but i dont know the exact year of the motor i put in it, all i know is that its not the same as the stock one i pulled out(b18A1) it says B18b 7101066 on the block so if you can use that to find the exact year of this motor that would be great thx!all the block says is B18B i dont know if its a B18B1 or not

are you sure its B18B or is it B18B1?i couldn't find the B18B on wikipedia.orgbut i did find the B18B1which came in the 1994-2001 Acura Integra "RS/LS/GS/SE" (DC4/DB7) [wikipedia]B18B1 Acura Integra GS/LS/RS 1994-1995B18B1 Acura Integra GS/LS/RS 1996-2000 [superhonda.com]

when you get a chance.. pop your hood and look where the valve cover and the block meetyou're gonna see 3 circles, each with 2 numbers separated with a /each set of numbers in the circle represents a year, month, and day in which the motor was manufactured. i.e. if it was from a car made in june of 1994 it'll have (4/9) (6/0) and so forthif it just says B18b that means that the motor was imported from JapanUSDM acura/honda swaps end their engine codes with numbers (B18A1, B18B1)JDM ends their engine codes with letters (B18A, B16A, B18B)
