It should not be too hard to find a turbo one to meet your requirements. The turbo models dont run long enough to get high mileage on them. Try calling Slow Boy Racing in western Pennsylvania for a good deal on one. www.slowboyracing.com I love Alpine head units and JL Audio subwoofers.

It's hard! I was looking for an Integra GSR but couldn't really find one with low mileage, clean title, and under 10,000. I did find a couple but weren't what I was looking for. I used craigslist.com (best place to look) and autotrader (pretty good too. found my 97 integra LS, clean title, 67000 miles in an autotrader magazine)
