yes they are... if you look on the engine or around the door trims it usually will say honda motor co. and honda makes the same things acuras do like the acura integrea there is also a honda integra..

Yes, Acuras are Hondas. They are just high-end luxury variations of more mainstream Honda vehicles. Example: Acura MDX and Honda Pilot, Acura TL and Honda Accord. Honda is also credited for developing the first Japanese luxury car brand (Acura). Acura debuted in 1986 with the Legend, a few years before Toyota's Lexus and Nissan's Infiniti. (Both debuting in 1989.) Acuras are only sold in the US though. (For instance, the Acura RL is called the Honda Legend in Japan) Honda is planning on introducing Acura to other countries in 2010. Acura has their own dealership... their not at Honda, they have their own building and their own boss! (most I've seen are combine with Subaru???IDK why???) Just like how Lexus is own by toyota but it has it's own building or like how GM is like... you have your crap car in their own building then you have another crap car building!

No, acura have their specific dealerships, which all they carry are acura products in their showrooms. Although, many of them will have honda products and vice versa as people are switching between the two styles.
