Default Disengage 08 Acura TL seatbelt alarm?

I know obeying the law is the most important but having a very large man drive and being unable to even click the seat-belt with that alarm going off is very maddening. Is it even possible to disengage? Can't find the owner's manual...

Every manufacturer offers a seat belt extender, get one from the dealer.

If you haven't already, sign up for MyAcura and you can get you owners manuals online (under model information). I'm pretty sure that they don't give you information how to disengage the belt... however, I think there is a plug under the seat that would disengage it. If you are having a problem due to your size, just go to your Acura dealer and a seat belt extender up. By law your dealer has to give an extender to to, free of charge.
