Wow, please don't capitalize the first letter of every word.Onto your ?. The amount of work depends on what JDM engine you go with but with any you choose, it won't be like popping out a lego piece and putting in a new one. You'll need a transmission to go with it (though many engines you buy online come with this), wiring harness, among other things. Changing out the engine is something that you need to put a good deal of thought into. Also keep in mind that JDM engines, last I knew, aren't street legal in the US. If you live in a state that inspects its cars, you may want to just go with a USDM engine. With a turbo, you may be happier with the LS engine that you already have. They seem to respond and hold up better to turbos than the high compression vtec engines. I assume you are considering something along the line of a b18c5 for your engine. Turboing an engine like that, you'll either want to keep the boost super low, or you'll need to swing the dough to forge your engine to keep it from going boom. I'm not as well versed with engine swaps as I could be and even less so when it comes to turboing a Honda, so my answer is really just scratching the surface. You'll want to read MUCH further into something like this. I suggest going to like or somewhere along those lines to find out exactly what has to be done.

if your gonna go turbo you should just stick with your LS engine, but you can turbo a Type-R too. The Type-R does fit the LS, either way for a turbo build your gonna have to rebuild the engine with stronger internals or if you stay stock you have to run low boost or your engine will be done in no time. i hope the turbo is not from ebay... cheap!join and get help with your car, its free!

Ok if you want the USDM type R look front side and rear lip OEM type R will help sells them. Inside too. Ok on to the engine it can use your stock mounts, shift linkage and axles. But a turbo type isnt the best since its a higher comperison. Turbo your LS dont get any BS ebay kit you need to first get a good turbo kit, convert your car to OBD-1 run an older ECU an hondata ecu and get it tune dont forget injectors, a better flowing intake and TB helps, Cam's will do wonders also.
