Default BMW 525i 2007 VS ACURA TSX 2009?

ok so iam really confused now. I went to see both cars and i liked both of them. the Acura looked hellla nice ! specially the interior of the car was really fancy and attractive. both of them are in the same price range. so what do you think guys! should i go for the acura or the beamer ? the beamer has all the features except the navigation system which isnt that important to me and it is really clean and has only 17k miles on it.

The Acura will not only be a new vehicle, but it will have a lower cost of ownership. The TSX has almost everything as a standard, while the BMW's "features" are optional. The used BMW might have the features installed, which means that it probably depreciated quite a bit (since a fully loaded bmw would be alot more than an Acura).I have a 2006 TSX, and I have had no problems with it at all. The extended warranty I purchased was useless. I've never heard of a BMW that could manage that. (I read that at least 60% of the BMW's on the road are actually leased, so most people get rid of their cars before the problems start surfacing).

I would get an Acura TSX.For me, it looks better, drives better, and is more fun to drive.Plus, Acura is much more reliable and cheaper to maintain and better on gas.

Buy the car that you really want! The majority of these answerers seem to be biased toward the Acura, which is a fine car. BMW's are also fine cars, although they do have a higher cost of ownership. As for "problems surfacing later", as one person said ...ALL cars have the potential for a breakdown, and there are many who would say that the BMW is a better car. I've never heard that "the majority of BMWs are leased", I think that's an opinion. The bottom line is this... these are two very different cars, and the best way to decide is to drive them both, and buy the one that you like better! Not which one someone else thinks you ought to buy! You shouldn't buy a car just because it will cost you less to have it worked on. If all you're interested in is dollars, go buy a Corolla! By the way, BMW's are good for many many thousands of miles... Europeans routinely get 250-300K out of them!

i would definitely go with the acura...acuras are more reliable, better on gas, cheaper to maintain in the long run, gas mileage is better and in my opinion looks better..dont go with a beamer, too overpriced and overrated, and the people who drive them think there all that.a beamer 525 is just a jazzed up toyota camry...go with ACURA
