Default do i need a garage to fix my acura?

ok i blew my engin on my 92 acura integra and i bent my valves and my timing belt is screwed i was wondering if i need to put my car in a garage to get under it or anything?

legally speaking, I do not believe so unless you are in a homeowners association. your car needs a new motor though. it's tiny so I would just get a small cherry picker and pick it and the transmission up through the top instead of trying to get to it through the bottom.

All the work is to be done from the top (head/TB), so you don't really need to get under the car.

new engine...and get the trans that was with that engine too... get a cherry picker and some 8'' stands... tools... since the engine is out put new seals, belts, hoses and tune it up... youll be good with that... ohh did i mention not doing this work yourself?

It's a lot cheaper to get a used or a rebuit engine and you don't have to get under it since you don't have to. let the pro do it, save lots of times and money.
