i was told to change water pump, but its quite expensive. right now, whenever my car over heat, i filled in coolant water, it always leaked under my car. i thought it was coming from the Black Box (no idea what its called) but i went to the shop and checked, they said it was my water pump hose. i need help asap, thanks.

"right now, whenever my car over heat, i filled in coolant water"You can't do this unless you want to kill it. Must keep these engines topped up with coolant and out of the red or we blow head gaskets and it becomes more expensive to fix than the ride is worth. Sounds like it's time to man up with the $ and put a pump or hose in it. Pump is driving by the timing belt if i recall correctly.... which means put a timing belt and balance shaft belt in it while you are in there. Not a job for the average tinkerer.
