I don't have a CL, I have an 01 TL (which is the 4 door version). I have 85k miles. I bought the car at 50k miles in Aug of 2005. The only problem I've had is the transmission was replaced at 60k miles. It was, fortunately, still under warranty. That's the only problem I've had (course its a BIG one). The CL and TL have the same transmission (the Accord - 2dr and 4 dr also has the same one).

My 2003 CL-S had its manual transmission blow up at about 15 mph....it was replaced under warranty.radio/CD player replaced 2 separate times after a CD got stuck...replaced under warranty.rear seat leather fabric replaced under warranty.It now has 58,000 miles on the odometer.
