I stumbled across the vehcile at a dealership and it's priced under 3k. The body is in good shape but the mileage is at roughly 177,000 miles. I know this is high, but Acuras are built to last, right? And isn't the mileage consistent with the annual mileage?Correction: The mileage is roughly 172.5 thousand miles. Not much of a difference.

That's a lot of miles! I would suggest you take the vehicle to an independent mechanic. It'll cost you a small fee, but it'll be well worth it. If you are going to buy something this old, at least know up front what its true mechanical condition is.You are going to have to do quite a bit of maintenance on this vehicle to keep it running. Find out how much!

well worth it. the LS engines are cheap, a rebuilt one can be found and had for $400.
