Depends what you are looking for. The TSX is smaller than the accord but I like the internoir of the Acura better. I own both 2008 TSX and a 98 Audi A4. power from the accord will be better in the accord th tsx only puts out 205 hp but its a real fun car to drive!

The Acura is a nicer car with upgraded materials and an overall nicer design. The Accord is more, or A LOT more common than the Acura. Even though they are similar, the Accord does have the bigger engine and is pretty fast...however, the TSX is nicer and more upper-class like than the Accord. I would pick the Acura TL over these two...but if I had to choose between these two, I'd pick the TSX for its looks and features. I think the Accord is too common.

Gosh, that would be a tough choice...both are great cars. As mentioned already, the TSX is a bit more upscale, especially if the Accord you're considering is anything other than the EX-L version. Yes, the Accord will have peppier acceleration, and will be slightly larger/roomier. On the other hand, the TSX is a bit classier, sportier, and actually handles better than the Accord. Also, making the choice even tougher is knowing that the Accord V6 EX-L is priced close to the TSX. You're probably going to have to get inside of both cars & take them for a 'spin' to sort out which one appeals to you the most...

Did you know that in Japan the Acura TSX is named the Honda Accord and the U.S. Honda Accord is names the Honda inspire??http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ho...da_InspireWell if I were you... i get the TSX because its more luxury and has a K20 Engine!!! Its a DOCH Engine and has i-VtecThe accord comes with a SOCH engine.... which I think is slower...its like comparing a integra (DOCH engine) with a civic (SOCH Engine)!

Well I think they are both pretty solid cars. If I had to choose one I would probably go with the Accord because of it's size (bigger) and higher horsepower. The upper end Accord does have a lot of added features so it's not like you'd be getting a dud in that department. The TSX is a nice car, it's just too small and not enough power for my taste. Now with all that being said, I own a 2005 Acura TL and would recommend it over both of these cars in a heartbeat. The TL is just as big as the Accord (they actually share the same platform). The TL has more horsepower than both cars, TL=270hp TSX=205hp Accord EX-L=244hp. All while providing 20mpg in the city and 30mpg on the highway which is right on par with the Accord and the TSX. You should also be able to find a TL in the same price range without too much difficulty. What more could you want?
