When it comes to 1/4th times the Acura TL, the RSX Type S and the Integra Type R would be very very close.. The TSX's is pretty slow.

Sort of depends upon which years, if it's an AT/MT transmission, are we talking 'stock', and are you including the Type S aplicable to the RSX, and TL into your comparisons. If assuming the models you mention are the most common versions sold, the Type R & the RSX will have manual transmissions, the TL an automatic, and the TSX an automatic. In this case the Type R might win a 0-60 sprint. The next quickest would be the TL with the automatic transmission (0-60 ~ 6.4 sec.). The RSX would be slightly slower, and the TSX up to 2 seconds slower. However, if you consider the fastest of each version, the 286 hp TL Type S ('07 - '08) with a 6 speed manual, @ ~ 5.5 sec 0-60 will out-accelerate the others. The RSX Type S would come in second @ low 6 second range, the Type R third, and the TSX last @ ~ 7.7 sec.

fastest to slowest... idk what these other guys are smoking...1. TL (assuming its manual)2. ITR (INTEGRA TYPE R)3. RSX (assuming its a type-s/manual)4. TSXand something faster than all of those... NSX-Ti would say hope that helps but obviously its what you were looking for.
