Default Trans Fluid, 94 Integra?

I was going to use 10w30 Castrol Sytec full synthetic oil when I change my transmission fluid tomarrow, does that sound good? I was gonna use 2 quarts, its a manual transmission. I've heard a ton of different things from different people and I've never done this before. But alot of people have told me 10w30 full synthetic is perfect. Just want to get some opinions. I got 130,000 on the tranny

personally, i'm not a fan of using motor oil in transmissions.. honda makes manual transmission fluid and i'd honestly stick with that.
