Default HID light Kit for 94 integra, at san francisco?

im trying to buy a HID light kit for my 94 integrai live in S.F, are we allow to get 8000k " crystal blue" light?and whats difference between 6000k"white Vs 8000K light? " beside colorand where can a good quality and price at?

the greater the K rating the less light output you will have. oh by the way one very very important thing, what you are doing is illegal. its illegal to put HID on a car that didnt come with it as a factory option. you will have to do a retro fit since the stock projectors cant handle that amount of light out put: http://www.team-integra.net/sections...cleID=1061also read this to understand about HID's and our integra's: http://www.team-integra.net/sections...icleID=973join the site, its free. i also forgot. in cali you lights have to be white, not blue and not yellow. but you wont have much of an issue with yellow
