Default on a 92 acura legend can a bad crankshaft sensor cause your fuel pump and injectors not to function?

when i turn on the ignition the fuel pump didn't turn on nor the injectors .I tested the fuel pump and injectors they are working and the fuse for the fuel pump is good.

Yes. With no crankshaft strobe to the ECU, it has no idea the crank is rotating.

Fuel pump or injectors are commanded on when engine is cranking, not with key on.Also common problem on this car is the main relay, look into it before the CKP.Anyway to your question is yes,it can.
