it sounds like a good deal. but id be better off with buying a 05 model because its 1 year newer. and that car that u said u found was a good deal for the money. and acuras are supposed to be very reliable. but i have a couple questions to ask, did ur car have a carfax vegicle history repot on it? it would not be a good deal if it had been in a accdent because there could be problems with it because of the previous accident if it had one. and also in the carfax report, check to se if it had any problems with it, like does the electrical system need to be serviced a lot. or the biggest things, does it have problems with the engine and transmission. check on that
