Are Acura's good cars?
My dad passed away 2 months ago. He left me his car. It is a 2004 Acura RL. I Know it looks nice, but are Acura's good cars? Do they have good pick-up? I dont want anybody to think I am taking advantage of my situation with my dad, I am just wondering and have been trying to get into other things to get my mind off of it. I am 17 by the way.

Sorry for your loss. Acuras in general are very good cars. They are a subdivision of Honda Motors so their reliability is up there. By "pickup" do you mean picking up speed? Depends on the model really, but with that 3.5L v6 in there I'm sure it'll fair well.

An RL is a very reliable car, but it's not the car for you. Think of it as a Japanese Buick.

Acura is a very good car, it's a luxury US based division of Honda, RL is kinda the top executive sedan model of this brand (most expensive). Why young people doesn't drive RL? simple reason because they can't and wouldn't afford it, thus only middle-age to senior people drive this kind of car. To get the most exact answer to your question, why don't you drive the car for a while to see for yoursell?
