That is a LOT of mileage for a front-wheel drive vehicle. If I'm correct, the timing chain (or possibly belt) on an Acura engine may need inspected every 6000-9000 miles (around 9500 to 14500 kilometers). If the car is in clean running shape, and there are very few greasey or oily pieces on the motor (this may indicate a leaking or seeping gasket) then it comes down to suspension wear. If, while driving, the car doesn't excessivlet moan or squeak, then it may be in ship shape. If the car smokes, a lighter colored smoke is expected. A dark grey or black smoke indicates a blown gasket or worn piston rings, which is an expensive repair.I hope this helps.

If it's been well maintained, yes. These things can easily go 300,000 miles reliably(I believe that is around 500,000 kms). Just keep the timing belt changed, change all of your fluids as scheduled, Adjust the valves every 30,000 miles and you're good to go.
