last driven thursday..has power and tries to start but wont kick over.. any suggestions

need more detailed info to pinpoint the problem.Seems like the car at least cranks over but engine wont start up could be an ignition or fuel problem, i would first check the firing order/connections of the ignition points (spark plug wires & sparkplugs)

well start with basics check for spark and fuel pressure... if you have both technically should start but honda/acura usually have spark problems like the ignition coil goes out or the control module so check spark first its the easiest

We have a 89 acrue integra and my wife wouldn't take anything for it.We never have had any problems with the spark not to say that you don't or wont. You need to check and make sure that one of your fuse's to the fuel pump didn't blow out , then if you wanted to make sure that it was getting fuel you could raise the hood and on the passengers side behined the engine on the fire wall you will see the fuel filter just remove the bolt that's holding the fuel line down on top of the fuel filter , then go and turn the key to the on spot and you should see gas shooting up from the fuel filter if it working . By the way make sure that your not out of gas.
