I think that the difference in those two models is that one is newer than the other and one cost more than the other.

Not much, except pricing and mileage.They both come from they same year line-up.the only "real" difference is the 2003 has 1 more paint option.

nothing...RSX's were made 2001-2005 for the 2002-2006 model years and then they vanished..2002-2003 were the same car...2004-2006 they changed the body a bit. (hardly noticable unless you happen to like or drive the car..)(they DID re-do the inside of the hatch for 2003-2006 because the back pannels popped off when you shut the hatch...yes I bought the first car sold here in FL and it's hatch pannels popped off, they re-did the pannels 6 mnths after the cars came out.)
