Acura NSX Prices: Various estimates put the price of admission at $100,000--$130,000, which seems logical to us.

Well they went back to the drawing board after they showed the last one so it probably wont look like the concept. Anyways it will probably be in the $100K area.

We're all just guessing, but considering the original NSX that went for over $90K at last gasp, it wouldn't surprise me to see the new one commanding well over $100K. The 2nd generation NSX will feature a V10, surely with new technologies (e.g., A-VTEC, etc.), that have yet to hit the street. The fact that the original NSX was hand-built in such low numbers certainly contributed greatly to its high price. Also, the use of DOHC design (over their mass-produced, J Series SOHC V6 motors), and upscale build (some titanium motor internals, aluminum body panels, etc.) helped drive the price up.Honda's mandate to their engineers is to produce a sports car capable of competing in all performance aspects against both Nissan and Toyota's top offerings. Prestige & performance will likely be paramount over affordability.
