I am thinking about getting the 09 one but would wait if 2010 will be completely redesigned. I know the last redesign was the 07 model, I don't know if Acura does one every 4 years or sooner?

it might just tweak a little inside the car but not the exterior

NoIt was just redesigned in 2007.The older MDX was around for 6-7 years.The current MDX was only out for 2 years with 2008 being the 2nd year.They probably will not redesign it until at least 2012.
