Default 93 integra LS transmission problem.?

i have a 93 integra LS with 125K on it, lately the auto transmission has not been shifting smoothly! especially from 1st to 2nd...sometimes wont shift until i lay off the gas a bit! what could be the problem? any input would be great.

I think your transmission is going bad, try checking/changing the automatic fluid to see if it helps.
