Default Are 97 Acura Integras "sporty"?

I liked the look of a 2000 Integra that I had my eye on, but its Carfax report turned out compeletely horrid. Now I've found one 3 years older, but I was just wondering if you would still consider it sporty?

Which model did you look at? LS? GSR? Type R?I personally don't think its sporty. Unless your looking at the Type RBut the Integra has alot of potential to become sporty if you tune it correctly.

Integras are "sporty"and dont be scurred! lol94-01 have the same body style except for lil differences.94-97 have the headlights dugged more into the bumper. and front bumper is 2-peice.98-01 have the headligths more flush to front bumper. and bumper is 1 piece.some models also come with spoilers. and thats all i could think of right now.....

I would not consider it sporty, but definitely fun. I have a 94 Integra RS, and it being bone stock except for some tires, I can keep up with Miatias, and other small "sporty" cars on a tight autocross course. It has some pep, and is a blast to drive. You will not get whiplash from the acceleration in the thing, but for everyday use, you can not go wrong with one.Another plus is the fact the car is extremely easy to work on, the parts are cheap, it has the Honda bulletproof reliability, and for what segment the car is in most think the car is pretty good looking. If you are ever interested in aftermarket too, the aftermarket community is thriving for it. It ranges anything from putting on a turbocharger and new cams, too rear view mirror caps. Now if it is a Type R, or a GSR, those are actually a sporty car, with tons of potential. Here is a specification list for all 4 trims in the model years you are currently looking at.http://www.itrsport.com/specifications.html

Yes they are.The 1994-2001 Acura Intregra's are the same cars. They did not change. They only changed the wheels through the years and added extra options and paint colors. They have the same engines, same body, same performance. You can't tell the difference between a 2001 Integra and a 1994 Integra.
