Default Would it void my Acuras warranty if i added an Air Intake?
I just bought a used Acura TL but got the extended warranty to last me till 2012. I wanted to add the intake not only for the power gains but because it would also increase my MPG.

A simple air intake will not void the warranty. One thing that would void the warranty is if you were doing something big like a motor swap.

Air Intake will void warranty, but performance air filter will not and a performance filter does add power and increase fuel efficiency, but only by a little bit. Maybe 2-5HP and 1-2mpg better.

Depends on the type of intake. A short ram intake shouldn't cause any issues, although a cold air intake might. Remember, that if, for example, you have a suspension problem, they can't refuse to pay for it because you have an intake. However, if you have an engine problem, it could be a reason to not honour the warranty.

Whatever can be bolted on can be taken off and replaced back with stock part, if you ever have problems!!
