will a C32A TYPE II 3.2 V-6 230 HP engine for a 91-95 acura legend fit into my 91 integra GS?
if so... what are some good websites to find and/or buy engines and other modifications. if not then what suggestions does anyone have towards modifications that will make my GS have more power and a bit of a kick?

wont fit. besides its very heavy. That feather weight GS of yours,with the right mods, would walk away from that Type II.

No, for one, the legend's engine is longitudinally mounted and shares almost nothing in common with the engine in a GS. You could always do an H22 swap.
