Default do i need to do anything to my ecu if i am putting a turbo in to my 04 acura rsx-s?

like do i have to get it reflashed or get hondata k pro or something?

yea you probably would because my brother had a 94 integra and he put a turbo on his modified b18 ls motor and he did motor work like a gsr head on a b18 a1bottom and his car would bog when his car boosted so it would be recomended

No you dont get it "reflashed" If you buy a quality kit like Greddy, it has the engine management included. Now if you are going full on like building the motor, then you will have to get a AEM EMS, or Greddy EManage Ultimate. The Hondata K-pro is a good unit, but over-rated when compared to a AEM EMS.

i would get some sort of engine management system like a hondata kpro and a APEXi boost/vtec controller to map out the engine to your liking. really you dont have to but if you get alot of bottom end lag because you have it set for top end power or vice versa your gonna wanna change it. also know your gonna have to run 91-93 octane gas and a f/i engine uses alot more gas than a n/a engine hence why you can get a boost controller so on those day when you dont feel like street racing acting like a goon you can turn the boost down to save on gas some.
