I have a hard time starting my integra after its been running for a while...I have a pretty good idea that its not the starter because it will turn, but it wont turn over. I'm guessing it has something to do with the coil in my distributor getting to hot, because if i let it sit for and hour or two it starts back up normally. What should I do? Will it eventually just give up on me? any advice...by the way its a 95 gsr

id say take it to a mechanic... but it could be alternator... when the car wont start have someone tap the alternator with a tool if it starts while being tapped then you know the problem... it could be the distibutor cap tho also.

Things to check-Do you have spark?-Have you check to see if you get fuel?-With those symptoms.........Check your main relayMain Relay sends the signal to turn on your fuel pump. Give it a tap and try starting it up. It should be located right under the driverside dash/kickpanel.
