How much gain of horsepower and torque would I get from a b16 head on a 1993 Acura Integra LS?
Just wanted to know if anyone can answer this question and if you know a link to a guide,dyno chart,or any helpful info.

Why get a B16 head well lets see the facts, compares to the GSR the B16 flows better, the head is similar design to the Type R, and B16 heads, better flowing intake manifold. Ever heard of Poor Mans Type R its when someone puts a B16 head on a GSR block, GSR heads arent junk but when someone states its a step down it just shows them how they dont know about cars. Back to the questions.B16 head on LS block requires the golden eagel oul line kit, fyi. And should make around 150-160HP depending on comp, stock parts or not, trq should increase a little bit not sure wheel numbers, if you do it please tune it.
