All depends on your budget, which is the best header.. I'd tay away from cermanic and get staibnless,if have around $500 to spend Comptech stainless steal header way to go..if not you can always buy a Greddy Header for $300 I think. Check out the first link for some other suggestion on headers. Now for the exhaust, full exhaust is better than a cat back. And personality I would buy Greddy W2 exhaust, it's not to loud but has a nice tone to it. Or if you can ind a RS*R Exmag, I would recommend that, but they are discounted. and pretty expensive at that, but if you want to go cat back, just get an ITR muffler and go to muffler shop and make them do custom tubing for you, should only cost around $150. It all depends on how you want your exhaust to sound like. Check the 2nd link has some sound clips of different exhausts.Just remember when installing an exhaust you half to match up the header size to the exhaust size. and if you have the money, I would change the catalytic converter, don't reuse the old OEM one.My exhaust I'm running now is Greddy 421 header to Catco cat(high flow) to RS*R Exmag. that alone cost me around $1500. Integra's arn't cheap man, but damn are they a fun toy! hope that helps..

dc header...edelbrock...comptech...or striaght out jdm type r headers...NOT THE CHEAP REPLICAS...a full exhuast is better but it would be too loud and ear catching to the cops....plus what if you need to smog your car.....your gonna have to switch it back to normal...so i say get a cat back exhuast and if you want it full just get a test pipe to replace the cat with....and when you need to smog...just slap the cat on again...

dc i think a 4-2-1 get a one piece not a two piece... one piece is about 200 bucks more but it is worth it an extra 3 hp plus more reliable
