the celica will win.a automatic transmission drains ALOT more power getting to the wheels. and your gears are MUCH longer than his are, being that yours is a 4 speed and his a 5.Basic bolt ons on an automatic integra will more than likely yield you at most 10 hp. and thats if it's a proper set up. not a "big exhaust", if the exhaust is TOO big you lose the vacuum you get at your cyls when both intake and exhaust valves are open. which means less air in your cylinders to burn, which just leads to less power. Also NGK plugs are an OEM piece for a honda, they're not specific to be "JDM"Regardless of all this, don't street race, it's too big of a risk.Edit:Cool, because that exhaust isn't JDM, either.Even the japanese companies have base companies in the US.

there is about a 150lbs weight difference, heavy hondas. the exaust and all will help but the autobox is going to slow down the interga alot. i vote celica but its going to be very very very closethe 1zz-ge engine is very good and the car handels well for a fwd. and if it was a gts the integra wouldn't stand a chance. sorry

The Celica would win. The Integra is the LS model, NOT the GSR. It has 140 HP at the crank, which in WHEEL HP with it being a 94 model that will be about 110 HP at the wheels. The "bolt-on" parts on a automatic will not make much power at all if any because they require higher RPM to achieve their gains. The newer Celica GT has about 15-18 more ft. lbs. of torque also. The celica in the 5 speed will slap the Teggy silly.

the Integra is losing a lot of power. All those mods he did are really gaining him a couple hp. The biggest gain would be from the headers, but if his exhaust is too big then he's an idiot and will lose immediately. I say Celica .Soley on the fact that hes got 119 Wheel HP accounting the 15% drivetrain loss.
